• Data you enter will be maintained throughout the event and as long as necessary with regards to the event. Aftersharing your data will relevant parties, they will then be destroyed. Until that, the database information willnotbe used with any other third party or anyone outside the senior committee of the competition, except theplatinumsponsors. All the things stated, we cannot be 100% sure regarding any other external attempt such as hackers orcyber-attacks to steal any portion of data. While we have taken all the steps possible to avoid such an attackfromour side, there is no way possible to ensure that such a thing will not happen, no matter how hard we try tokeepall your data safe.

• You also have the right withdraw from the competition at any stage. Data we obtain from you will not, however, bedeleted at this stage of withdrawing.
